Training Camp-Level "1" Jump Start (Ages 9-11)

 

Studies have shown that ages 9 to 11 are the most critical years in a child's life for motor skill development.  Jump Start uses the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athlete's physical foundation, improving coordinationing and self esteem through our developmental training.

Training Camp-Level "2" Total Performance (Ages 12-18)
 
Ages 12 through 18 are the ideal ages for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete's entire lifetime. This progam was developed using cutting-edge techniques to produce maximum improvement in athletic performace.
 
Group 1 - Athletes placed in this group are able to perform the basic requirements of our program and are at the beginning level of speed training.
Group 2 - Athletes placed in this group have had formal training and are ready for a more intense level of training using advanced speed and agility equipment.

Peak Performance (Ages 14-18)
 
The goal of the NextLevel staff is to prepare the athletes for the physical and mental demands of their sport. Studies have show that physically increasing and athletes strength improves speed,durability, and decreases the risk of injury. Our strength training program focuses on the use of free weight multi-joint exercises. Olympic Weightlifting and plyometric movements  work on a veriaty of explosive movements. Speed, quickness, and agility drills help to transfer the gained strength and power to the athletic playing field. In addition, just as athletics places mental demands on the athlete, training focuses on the development of mental toughness. Athletes are taught to train through their comfort zone and work to achieve high performance goals.

Private Team Sessions
 
It is a proven fact that teams participating in preseason conditioning workouts are more successful during their season. You always want to prepare your athlete's physically and mentally before the season starts. Professional sports teams have been practicing this procedure for decades. It focuses on team chemistry and insures that your athletes will be at their peak playing performance at the beginning of the season, which in returns brings you, the coach, more W's.

This gives individualized attention athletes need, to focus on thier development one-on-one.
